If you constantly think about others behaviour, it will constantly affect you. You should see behaviour of others but it should not be affective in any manner to you. Mould yourself in such a way that your outside world won’t be a problem for your inside world. Just do your work with all your heart and try not to compare your situation with others. If you concentrate on your own flaws, rather than others, and try to correct yourself it will help you in a big way. Everyday is a great chance to learn new things and make it right what you have done wrong in the past, forget your past but don’t let yourself Forget what you have learnt from it. Your inner peace is your responsibility, don’t give a chance to others to destroy it.
