If you do that, tomorrow will be a fresh start otherwise you will be stuck in your past regression.
When you are sleeping, your mind and body is getting prepared for tomorrow… You have to give your mind and body that much time.
Don’t hold your anger, jealousy, hate anything negative but hold everything positive.
